New success ^^

I'm really sorry for not being here for a while,but like you all already know we all have school and it's pretty hard to manage all that together. I really have a lot of work in school because this is my senior year and soon I will be on college. But I will try to make new posts when I catch up some time ;)

So that was introduction..now I have a new story for you,I succeeded once again to help one person with their wishlist...and to be more interesting that person is one of our writers :)

New Archive

Hello, my dear friends!

Sorry I didn't write for a while, all that MSW crazyness started and time was lost. :D Anyway, I'm here with new Archive, and this time it has many cool items in it. Let's check it out.

 One and a half floor of awesomeness. :D

It's raining in my country and it's horribly cold, so I made a warm and cozy outfit with items of Archive.

New collection at IT girls

Heyyy y'all!

Today we have a new collction on IT girls. One floor of pretty boring items with only few okay-things.

Those pants remind me of Elle trousers, to be honest. But here those thingies are messed up and that's why those pants are good for punky looks.

 Stardoll is all crazy about stripes this summer. Stripes stripes STRRRRIPES!

 This dress kinda reminded me of Couture Tribute, it looks cute.

There was also a new collection in Royalty store a few days ago. I must say, this shop gets worse and worse.  The only good piece in whole collection was MDNA Bustier Dress for 14 stardollars, but it shouldn't cost that much either. That dress was also the pick of the day once.

Free colorful gown

Hey! Today we can receive a very colorful rainbow gown by participating in a contest. Ramadan month is over and this is the last gift from that.

Go to "Contests" on main page and find "EID AL FITR - Fashion Feast contest". You need to write something and press the button. I typed random letters and that's it. :D

That's how this masterpiece looks. Nice for a carnival, but toooo much rainbow. :D

Up On Style - Gothic!

 Hello, everyone! 

How'ya doing? o/

Today I thought about bringing a little about a style we all like: Gothic!

First thing I need to say about Gothic (Or simply Goth) is that is has LOTS of variations. Victorian, Cyber, Vampire, Steampunk, etc. So, while I was searching for some pictures, I found something really cool. This super-awesome site called BlackWaterfall has an illustrated guide to Goth Stereotypes and I simply loved it! I /had/ to post this:

 Aren't they just awesome? Those are only the the stereotypes I believe are the most common, but there's a bunch of them! And the girl (I think her name is Trellia) who made it also have a blog and a devianart, so check them out if you liked it!

And at last but not least, the goth style on Stardoll. We all know Fallen Angel and Evil Panda for their gothic-ish or at least 'different' clothes and dark 'must-haves'. Most of the Stardoll's Gothic stuff comes from these stores, so I definitely recommend them! You may also find a lot on the bazaar (Like the Mortal Kiss stuff!) for fair prices. Maybe I'll post about some goth must-haves on the bazaar later  (:

Finally - Frankie Morello Tribute

Now we have a new tribute store - Frankie Morello Tribute. We all know those super-stylish and rare black and grey clothes that some users have, those are from FM tribute too. Unfortunately, this time collection is colorful, not dark. :D

We have two floors of purple, yellow, orange and pink clothes. You can buy some items for a Lolita or Scene outfit, but to me, those clothes look pretty simple. Although I buyed some of them for the future. :D

Who wore it best ?

Hello Everyone, I am Pinkladygaga562 a new writer for this lovely blog, I"ll be doing "Who wore it best" posts two to three times a week, maybe more. Stay tuned for my work.

On the left we have Cover.S and on the right lacinnn

 In these two pictures we are looking at the Black Platforms, I think Cover.S wore it best. It was simple and not heavily accessorized. She paired it with a feathery skirt, a black tank top, a simple black purse and to add some color, but not too much she added a denim jacket. This outfit is just so elegant. I guess a little goes a long way.

Now of course lacinnn could not go wrong by topping the platforms with oxford shoes, but the heels should have elongated her legs. She withheld that by wearing pantyhose. Also the earrings were a bit much against her blonde hair and did not compliment it at all.

So What do you think, was I wrong and did lacinnn's all black outfit give her some mystery or did Cover.S's basic but classy outfit win it out?

Up On Style - Punk

Today I'm here to bring a little about one of my favorite styles: Punk! Punk is an ideological movement born on the UK at the 70's and is frequently associated with  Anarchism. The Punk Style usually shocks people for being really different and "aggressive", but most punk's are actually nice people with good ideologies: the fashion is like a reflection of them. The Punk Style typical elements are ripped jeans and jackets, leather, tights, short skirts, spikes, studs, chains, converse all stars, combat boots and band t-shirts, usually mixing black with bright colors, like red, purple or green. The most common hairstyle is the Mohawk, dyed or not with unusual hair colors.

Stardoll has a lot items you can use to create a punk look, but most of them you can only find only at the bazaar. I tried create a look using items from the plaza so you can buy them if you want. Also, Stardoll brought back the famous Ripped Shorts on Archive for 10SD and a few Hot Buys on Hot Buys Summer Retro that you use to make your own punkish look and they're really not expensive, so I really advice to check the stores out ;)

Hello all!

Sorry I didn't write anything in a while, I was reaaaally busy. :D

So let's go straight to the new stuff.

First of all, new collection at Bonjour Bizou arrived. It's about NYC and, imho, not totally our style, but I found some nice things and made three outfits.

I am in love with this Later Alligator Sweater (14 sd) and it can be combined with shorts, skirts, pants, ... anything! Shoes are also very nice. Pants and socks? Meh, we had something like that earlier, no big deal.

I really like how the jacket looks with that top. And sneakers are cute too.

Tried to make something for summer. :D Shoes are still awesome. As for shorts - we had something similar earlier and to me it looks like Stardoll's out of imagination. But you can search for your own cool looks with items from that shop.

Some other amazing news - new collection at Other World!

Well, it's more like 1 floor, but still better than nothing. There are only two mannequines with complete outfits and some decorations for suite. Ever wanted a tornado in your room? Well, you can finally get one and it's moving. And costs only 10 stardollars, wich is not that much for an animated suite item (which also looks nice). There are also not-so-cheap unicorns, a strange creature which already was pick of the day once, some shrooms :D and other decors. Would you like to buy anything? Well, see for yourself. :)
